Meet Our Founder
Sloane Pharr, MA, BCBA, IBA, brings a powerful dual perspective to behavioral health as a master’s-level psychologist, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and parent of neurodivergent children. By bridging scientific expertise with lived experience, she is committed to advancing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) through neurodiversity-affirming, compassionate, trauma-informed, family-driven, and child-centred practice. Her approach prioritizes autonomy, mental health, meaningful engagement, and wellbeing rather than compliance for its own sake.
Sloane has worked in ABA since 2005, providing clinical services, training, and leadership across the United States, New Zealand, and the Cayman Islands. She is an also an International Behavior Analyst (IBA), ESDM Certified Therapist, and trained P-ESDM Coach. She holds Level 2 Facilitator training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for Parents and Caregivers of People with Developmental Disabilities and is passionate about parent empowerment, reducing caregiver burnout, and strengthening family wellbeing.

Her additional professional training includes Cognitive Stimulation Therapy for Dementia and multiple Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certifications, including Nonviolent Crisis Intervention® and Verbal Intervention™ Instructor, Dementia Capable Care Specialist, and Dementia Capable Care Trainer.
